New Salvador Bus Terminal
In the district of Águas Claras, on the margin of BR-324 Highway, the new Salvador bus terminal will be installed, in a 200 thousand m² area. The investment in the new Salvador bus terminal totals R$ 120 million.

The total duration of the work will be 24 months and the new bus terminal project foresees a structure more modern and integrated with the capital’s transportation system. Compared to the current bus station, the new terminal will triple in size, from 22 thousand m² to 70 thousand m².

The conceptual project foresees a new, more modern and environmentally sustainable bus terminal, including water reuse and solar energy generation. It will also have a very high ceiling height, meaning acoustic and thermal comfort, everything within the most rigorous standards and with differentiated engineering.

 Viracopos Airport – Expansion

SIAN Engenharia was responsible for the expansion work of the Viracopos Airport, in Campinas. The construction was delivered in 2014 and has a built area of 171,000.00 m².

 Integrated Center for Public Safety

A work linked to the Bahia Public Safety Department, the modern Integrated Center of Public Safety was delivered in 2015, in a built area of 13,231.34 m².

MJA Logistic Center

MJA Logistic Center, in Salvador, is under construction, and has a built area of 88,264.20 m2.

 Hotel Pestana Lodge

Inaugurated in 2008, Hotel Pestana Lodge is located in Salvador and has a built area of 9.685,00 m².

Pedestrian overpass – Salvador Shopping
Construction of a new metallic 200-meter-long pedestrian overpass, connecting the Salvador Shopping to the local subway station.

New pediatric unit of Prado Valadares General Hospital

The hospital will have five new buildings, including a castle-like structure, which will house the hospital’s new pediatric unit. This structure will have seven floors where there will be installed 10 Intensive Care Unit (ICU) pediatric beds.

Without a doubt, the partnership with the JCPM Group has established Andrade Mendonça, nowadays SIAN Engenharia, as a reference in the shopping center sector, with the construction of Salvador Shopping and Salvador Norte Shopping, in the capital of Bahia. Innovation and sustainability marked the construction work in Salvador Shopping, which has been awarded prizes at the International Council of Shopping Centers and 10th International Congress of Shopping Centers and Conference of the Americas. The success of the shopping center led JCPM Group to also invest in the construction of Salvador Norte Shopping, opened in 2010.

In 2011, SIAN Engenharia carried out the expansion of Shopping Barra in Salvador, a facility managed by the Euluz Group. The work contemplated a total expansion of more than 33,000m² of built area. In 2015, SIAN Engenharia performs another successful delivery: the Shopping Boulevard de Camaçari, in the Metropolitan Region of Salvador, with a total built area of around 30,000m².

Shopping Plaza – Expansion

The expansion of Shopping Plaza, located in Recife, was delivered in 2006 and included an area of 44,346.74 m².

Shopping Jardins – Expansion

Shopping Jardins, located in Aracaju/Sergipe, also underwent expansion work, which included an area of 14,000.00m². The delivery took place in 2006.

Salvador Norte Shopping

Located in the capital of Bahia, Salvador Norte Shopping was inaugurated in 2010 and built on an area of 97,300.00 m².

Shopping Barra – Expansion

Andrade Mendonça also signed the expansion of Shopping Barra in Salvador, delivered in 2011, contemplating an area of 33,847.33 m².

Shopping Boulevard Camaçari

Shopping Boulevard Camaçari opened in 2015 and was built in an area of 30,717.22 m².

Salvador Shopping

Opened in 2007, Salvador Shopping has a built area of 242,000.00 m².

Shopping Salvador – Expansion

Andrade Mendonça was also responsible for the expansion work of Salvador Shopping, delivered in 2009, in an area of 95,300.00 m².

Recently, the public works sector has also known the quality and technological efficiency of Andrade mendonça, nowadays SIAN Engenharia, with the construction of the Castelão Arena and the Fortaleza Events Center. One of the 2014 World Cup stadiums, Castelão, was delivered four months ahead of schedule. The same year, the largest event center in South America was ready. To be part of the select group of construction companies that have written their name in history by building the World Cup stadiums is an achievement resulting from the successful experience in works for the private sector, where SIAN Engenharia is always active.

Already in 2019, SIAN engenharia had the honor and satisfaction of being part of the winning consortium in the public tender for the construction of Salvador Convention Center. The Municipal Government of Bahia capital invested R$ 130 million in the construction, building one of the most modern convention centers in the country.

Fortaleza Convention Center

Located in the capital city of Ceará, the Fortaleza Convention Center was inaugurated in 2012. The project has a built area of 76,000.00m².

Arena Castelão

Built to host World Cup 2014 games, Arena Castelão in Fortaleza was delivered in 2013, four months ahead of schedule. It occupies an area of 215,702.06 m².

Salvador Convention Center

The modern Salvador Convention Center was delivered in 2019 and occupies an area of 38,000.00m².

Cultural Center of Cariri

Located in Crato – Ceará, the Cultural Center of Cariri will be constructed by SIAN Engenharia. The project has a built area of 7.605,00 m².

During its history, in parallel with commercial and industrial construction, Andrade Mendonça, nowadays SIAN Engenharia, has developed real estate activities and opened up urban spaces, creating new concepts of housing. Located in an area of 38,000.00m², the CEO Salvador Shopping was inaugurated by Andrade Mendonça in 2014.

JCPM Center

JCPM is located in the city of Recife/Pernambuco. With a built area of 37,741.04 m², the work was inaugurated in 2006.

Inaugurated in 1994, the Mansão Antônio Andrade was built in a 4,594.40 m² area.

Cleomont Ferrand Mansion

The building was built in an area of 17,949.00m² and inaugurated in 1987.

Professor Pedro Calmon Mansion

An imposing construction at Rua Sabino Silva, in Salvador, the Pedro Calmon Mansion has an area of 25,992.00m² and was inaugurated in 1989.

Mansão Antônio Andrade

Inaugurated in 1989, Mansão Antônio Andrade has a built area of 8,481.98m².

Mansão Lasar Segall

Lasar Segall Mansion has a built area of 7,616.00m² and was inaugurated in 1989.

Mansão Vincent Van Gogh

With an area of 8,439.00m², the Mansão Vicent Van Gogh was inaugurated in 2003.

Garibaldi Hiper Bompreço Market Place
Hiper Bompreço, located on a busy avenue in the city of Salvador, was delivered in 1984 with a built area of 26,487.00 m².

Bompreço Distribution Center – Aracaju
Located in the city of Aracaju/Sergipe, one of the Bompreço Distribution Centers was inaugurated in 1987, within a period of 10 months, and has a built area of 18,480.00 m².

Hiper Bompreço Market Place – Expansion
Hiper Bompreço was expanded in 1997, when Andrade Mendonça executed the construction project in Salvador, in an area of 22,400.00 m².

Bompreço Distribution Center
Another Bompreço Distribution Center, this one in Salvador was also built by Andrade Mendonça. It was inaugurated in 1999 and has a 31,000.00 m² built area. The work was delivered in a 9-month time limit.

Hiper Bompreço – Feira de Santana
Another Rede Bompreço hypermarket, work of which was executed by Andrade Mendonça, this time in the city of Feira de Santana/Bahia. The building was inaugurated in 1999 and has a built area of 15,400.00 m².

Bompreço PitubaThe Bompreço opened in the Pituba neighborhood, in Salvador, was delivered in 2000 and has a built area of 11,077.62 m².

Hiper Bompreço – João Pessoa
The expansion of Bompreço chain in the Northeast region counted on the strong performance of Andrade Mendonça. In 2000, it was Hiper Bompreço’s turn to open in João Pessoa/Paraíba, with a built area of 34,012.00 m².

Bompreço Distribution Center – Walmart do Brasil
In 2000, Andrade Mendonça delivered a new Bompreço Distribution Center, this time in the city of Recife/Pernambuco, with a built area of 39,000.00 m². The work was delivered within 8 months.

Hiper Bompreço – Maceió
The Hiper Bompreço in the city of Maceió/Alagoas was delivered in 2006. Its built area is 23,607.86 m².

Sam’s Club – Maceió
Andrade Mendonça was also responsible for the construction of Sam’s Club in Maceió/Alagoas. The enterprise, built in a 15,814.00 m² area, was inaugurated in 2006.

Expansion of the G Barbosa Distribution Center
Located in Aracajú/Sergipe, the G Barbosa Distribution Center was expanded in 2008, with a total built area of 23,119.00 m². The completion time was 3.5 months.

MJA Logistics Center
The MJA Logistic Center, in Salvador, is under construction and comprises an area of 88,264.20 m².

O Boticário Distribution Center
Completed within a period of 10 months, the O Boticário Distribution Center is located in the city of São Gonçalo dos Campos/Bahia. It was opened in 2014 and has a built area of 27,275.17 m².

Mail and Parcel Processing Center – CCE Correios
The Postal Service’s Letter and Parcel Handling Center is located in Salvador and was inaugurated in 2015. The work was built in an area of 27,786.14 m² within a period of 8 months.

Modial Market Place
Work performed by Andrade Mendonça in the city of Luanda, capital of Angola. Built in a 12,000.00 m² area, the enterprise was inaugurated in 2008.

BRESCO Bahia Distribution Center
The first distribution center of Mercado Livre in the Northeast of Brazil was built in Salvador by SIAN Engenharia. Built in a 60,000.00 m² area o BRESCO Bahia Distribution Center was inaugurated in 2020.

Knauf Plant
Located in the city of Camaçari, in the Metropolitan Region of Salvador, the Knauf plant was delivered in 2013, with a built area of 22,668.95 m². The work was completed in eight months.

Milk Processing Plant
Delivered in seven months, the Milk Processing Plant was inaugurated in 2008. It is located in an area of 10,762.64 m² in the city of Muribeca/Sergipe.

KIMBERLY CLARK
Located in the Metropolitan Region of Salvador, in the Municipality of Camaçari, Bahia, another large-scale Kimberly Clark plant has been installed, responsible for the generation of 430 direct and 1,300 indirect jobs. The unit is Kimberly-Clark’s fifth in Brazil and the first outside the South/Southeast axis, with investments in the order of R$100 million.

BOMIX
Owner of the largest industrial park for the manufacture of industrial plastic buckets in Latin America, in a 50 thousand m² area in Simões Filho (BA), the Bomix Group achieved the highest sales volume in its 24-year history in the first year of operation of its factory in Bahia.
